We built WhatsApp Leads to solve a real problem: real estate agents losing leads because they can't reply fast enough.
The Problem We Saw
In 2024, our team started talking to real estate agents across India. We heard the same complaint over and over:
"I get 20 WhatsApp inquiries a day. But I can only reply to a few because I'm busy with showings or paperwork. By the time I get back to someone, they've already contacted another agent."
We realized this wasn't a lack of hustle. It was a math problem. Humans can't be online 24/7. But WhatsApp is.
Real estate is a speed game. The agent who replies first wins. We thought: what if agents had an AI that could reply instantly, qualify leads, and schedule site visits—all without them lifting a finger?
Why We Built WhatsApp Leads
We didn't want to build another chatbot that sounds fake. We wanted to build something that actually converts leads into site visits and sales.
The key insight: agents don't need a chatbot that sounds like ChatGPT. They need a system that:
- →Understands Indian real estate (2BHK, Whitefield, budget in lakhs, etc.)
- →Asks the right qualifying questions (budget, location, timeline)
- →Suggests relevant properties from their listings
- →Books site visits automatically (with confirmation)
- →Asks for Google reviews after successful visits
That's exactly what we built.
Who We Are
We're a small team based in Bangalore. Most of us have worked in tech startups or real estate before. We understand both sides of this problem.
We're not trying to be a huge enterprise software company. We want to be the tool that small real estate agents actually use and recommend to their friends.

What's Next
Right now, we're focused on making WhatsApp Leads the best tool for real estate agents. But we have bigger plans.
