Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Digiworld Tech Solutions. Kept simple.
Last updated: April 22, 2026
Quick summary
These terms are the rules for using our service. Here’s the gist:
- You must be 18+ and authorized to use it
- Don't use it for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
- Don't reverse-engineer or hack our systems
- We'll do our best to keep it running, but sometimes things break
- You're responsible for your account security
- We can terminate your account if you violate these rules
01Acceptance of terms
By using the Digiworld Tech Solutions platform (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — we’ll notify you of major changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
02Who can use this service
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must be authorized to enter into binding contracts
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- You must provide accurate account information
03Account security & responsibility
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. This means:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Don't share your login with others
- Let us know immediately if your account is compromised
- You're liable for all activity using your account, even if it's someone else
We can reset your password through the account recovery process. If someone else gains access to your account, notify us ASAP at info@digiworldtech.com.
04What you can't do
Don’t use the Service to:
- Send spam: mass unsolicited messages, phishing, or harassment
- Break the law: anything that violates local, state, or national law
- Commit fraud: misrepresenting yourself, fake listings, or scams
- Distribute malware: viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Hack our systems: attempt to break in, reverse-engineer code, or access unauthorized data
- Harass others: threatening, bullying, or abusing other users
- Violate IP: copy our code, our design, or use our trademarks without permission
- Abuse the platform: automate access in ways we don’t allow, or overload our servers
05Your data & responsibility
You own all data you upload to the Service — your listings, catalog, responses, and so on. You’re responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your data
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding customer data (GDPR, India's data laws, etc.)
- Not uploading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Getting proper consent from customers before using our Service on their behalf
You grant us permission to use your data to run and improve the Service. We won’t sell your data to third parties (see the Privacy Policy).
06Our intellectual property
All code, design, features, and content on the platform are owned by Digiworld Tech Solutions or our partners. You can’t:
- Copy our code or design
- Reverse-engineer how our system works
- Create derivative works based on our platform
- Use our trademarks without permission
You have a limited license to use the Service for your business. This license is personal to you and not transferable.
07Payment & billing
- Billing cycle: monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month
- Payment method: you’re responsible for maintaining a valid payment method; if payment fails repeatedly, we may suspend your account
- Cancellation: cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing cycle
- Refunds: monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; cancelling mid-month keeps access through the end of that period
- Price changes: we may change pricing with 30 days’ notice — your current rate holds until renewal
08Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime, but here’s the reality:
- We may run scheduled maintenance, with 24 hours' notice when possible
- Outages can happen due to server issues, connectivity, or third-party services
- We're not responsible for downtime beyond our control
- We have no obligation to refund for downtime, except extended outages caused by us
We monitor the system 24/7 and fix issues as fast as we can — email info@digiworldtech.com if you run into problems.
09Limitation of liability
In simple terms: if something goes wrong, we’re not liable for massive damages. Specifically:
- We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
- Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months
- This does not apply to illegal activity or gross negligence on our part
Why:we’re a growing company with finite resources. We take your data seriously, but this limitation protects us from disproportionate liability over minor issues.
10No guarantees (disclaimer)
We provide the Service “as is” without guarantees. This means:
- We do not guarantee it will meet your specific needs
- We do not guarantee it will be error-free
- We do not guarantee lead conversion or business results — outcomes depend on how it’s used
- We're not liable if the WhatsApp API changes or breaks, as it's outside our control
Use the Service at your own risk, and do your own due diligence before signing up.
11Termination & suspension
We can terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You use the Service for illegal activity
- You abuse our systems — spam, hacking attempts, and similar
- You don't pay your bills
- We're legally required to
We’ll try to give notice when possible, but for serious violations we may terminate immediately. You can request your data within 30 days of termination.
12You protect us
If someone sues us because of something you did with the Service — spam, fraud, copyright violation — you agree to cover our legal costs. This is called indemnification: if your actions cause us legal trouble, you’re responsible for it.
13Relationship between us
You’re an independent user of the Service, not our employee or partner. We’re not responsible for your business decisions or your relationships with your customers.
14Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services like WhatsApp Business API, AWS, and Stripe. We’re not responsible if these services go down or change their terms. If WhatsApp restricts your account, that’s between you and Meta.
15Disputes
If you have a dispute with us:
- Try to resolve it informally by emailing info@digiworldtech.com
- If that doesn’t work, legal action can be pursued in courts in Bangalore, India
- By using our Service, you agree to this jurisdiction
16Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled in Indian courts, specifically Bangalore, regardless of where you are located.
17If one rule is invalid
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. We’ll modify just that part to be enforceable while keeping the spirit of the agreement.
18Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between us and supersede any earlier agreements. Changes must be made in writing — not verbally.
